Cancellations & Retentions Agent (12-month Fixed Term Contract – Fully Remote)

Our Cancellations & Retentions Team seeks a dynamic Agent skilled in influencing customer decisions and adept at retaining them. The goal is to provide solutions to problems and ensure customer retention. This role is remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Prevent cancellations and actively retain customers who have already cancelled their service.
  • Utilize negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities to retain customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service with effective conflict resolution, always prioritizing the customer.
  • Work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment, meeting monthly targets.
  • Utilize a unique interface to identify customers who have initiated cancellation and promptly address their concerns to retain them.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to understand and address customer frustrations.
  • ISP and technical support experience preferred.
  • Patience and ability to gather information leading to cancellations.
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills to track customer interactions and outcomes.
  • Preference given to applicants with fiber network coverage.
